College football poll (Dec. 3): Texas ranked ahead of Alabama, Florida St. in AP top 25

While the college football world awaits the final CFP rankings of the year, the other weekly polls were released on Sunday morning.

Big 12 champion Texas rose to No. 3 in the AP top 25 after defeating Oklahoma State, while SMU also kept climbing to No. 17 after claiming its first AAC championship over Tulane.
