Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Artist Services, this role is tasked with with driving and optimising digital streaming campaigns and maximizing the visibility and reach of our artists across major DSPs and short-form platforms through strategic planning, execution, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.


Tasks include:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with artist partnerships managers and key editors across all DSPs and shortform platforms
  • Liaise with UK Marketing team and artist managers to devise strategy and implement efficient and successful campaigns
  • Conceptualise and execute convincing pitch strategies, aiming to secure prominent playlist placements for our artists, enhancing their visibility and potential reach
  • Identify and pitch for any on-platform support programmes relevant to the key releases across our frontline and catalogue roster
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to plan DSP-focused campaign assets and content, and ensure all campaigns are optimised for maximum impact across DSPs
  • Closely monitor post-release performance of key tracks, analysing data to identify growth opportunities and devise long-tail strategies
  • Track and evaluate streaming metrics, audience growth and chart performance, leveraging in-depth data analysis to inform and guide next steps
  • Analyse and report results and campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Compile case studies and share best practices and developments with internal and external teams
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends as well as relevant industry news and standards

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a similar role at a record label or distributor
  • Strong and well-established network of UK DSP contacts and a broad taste in and knowledge of different popular music genres
  • In-depth knowledge of streaming platforms, playlist ecosystems and algorithmic discovery
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at DSPs as well as artists and managers
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
  • A highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about music
