Buzz is that the director has caught his flight out of the city to scout for shooting location in the United Kingdom. Akhtar has reportedly moved on to the next leg of production, by immersing himself in finding the perfect spots to shoot this action-adventure film.A report on MidDay states that he will widen the shooting sphere to include other European nations, including Germany. As the director previously shot ‘Don 2’ in Berlin, it has been reported that he is set to return to the country as it holds significance for the franchise.
The director is reportedly meticulously exploring potential filming locations for the highly anticipated action thriller, that will see Ranveer taking up the mantle of Don, while Kiara Advani takes on the leading lady’s role.
The latest buzz suggests that production for ‘Don 3’ is slated to commence in February 2025, with much of the storyline unfolding against foreign backdrops. Pre-production work on the film commenced earlier this year, with glimpses of the film’s set design shared on social media by the production designer, teasing fans with the caption, “Aa raha hai woh. Don.”
Meanwhile, Ranveer is reportedly gearing up to shoot director Aditya Dhar’s upcoming action-packed thriller later this year. The actor is also reportedly keeping his calendar free for the arrival of his first child with his actress wife, Deepika Padukone. The couple announced the happy news early this year, indicating that their baby is expected to arrive in September.
